RedM runs on the same server software as FiveM. FastPing reads its public endpoints and alerts you when the server stops answering.

How it works

  1. FastPing requests dynamic.json and info.json over HTTP on your server port.
  2. It reads the server name without colour codes, players, maximum slots, the server version and the number of resources.
  3. Two failed checks in a row open an incident and alert you.

What FastPing checks

  • Online status

The server answers within 8 seconds.

  • Players and slots

Players online and maximum, charted over 24 hours, with an optional low-player warning.

  • Server version

An optional change alert after you update the server.

  • Latency

The response time of the request, measured from Helsinki.

Set it up

Contact support
Is RedM monitored differently from FiveM?

No. Both use the same endpoints: choose the FiveM / RedM setting.

Which port do I enter?

Your server port, 30120 by default. It must be reachable over TCP from the internet.

Can players see the server status on our website?

Yes. Every monitor has an embeddable widget that shows whether the server is online and how many players are on it, and you can list servers on a public status page.

Can outages be posted to our Discord?

Yes. Add a Discord webhook as an alert channel and attach it to the monitor: down and recovery messages are posted automatically, with no bot to host.
