The presets are simply saved configurations of the configurator below; you can start from one and change any part.
Every paid plan starts from a $4 base with 10 monitors, checks every 5 minutes, 1 seat, 1 status page and 30 days of history. Each option then adds a fixed monthly amount:

Because an extra monitor costs exactly $1, every whole-dollar amount from $4 to $3,000 a month is a valid plan. Type a budget into Know your budget? and the configurator builds the plan with the most capacity for that amount. For more than $3,000 a month, ask for a custom quote.
Yearly billing charges 10 months for 12 (17% less than paying monthly). Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply.
Open Plan & billing, choose a preset or build your plan, then continue to the secure checkout. The plan applies as soon as the payment is confirmed. You will see the amount charged today and the renewal terms before you pay.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- When the allowance shrinks, monitors beyond it are paused automatically, starting with the most recently created, and intervals are raised to the new minimum.
- Paused monitors still count towards the number of monitors you can create. Delete monitors you no longer need.
- Pending team invitations count as seats until they are accepted, revoked or expire.
- If a renewal is not paid, the plan's limits stay active for 3 days, then the organisation returns to the free plan's limits.
