What FastPing does not do
- Checks run from one location: a server in Helsinki, Finland. There are no probes in other regions and no second-location confirmation.
- No phone call or SMS alerts. Alerts go to email, Discord, Slack, Telegram and webhooks.
- No browser-based checks: pages are fetched without running JavaScript, and multi-step flows such as a login cannot be scripted.
- No real-user monitoring, log management or server agents.
Moving your monitors to FastPing
- List the websites, hosts and jobs you monitor today. If your current service can export them, start from that export.
- Create the monitors in FastPing by hand, or with a short script against the REST API.
- Add your alert channels and send a test alert to each one.
- Run both services side by side for a few days and compare the alerts.
- Point your status page link or custom domain to FastPing, then cancel the old service.

Contact supportCan FastPing import my monitors from Pingdom?
There is no automatic importer. If you have a list of your URLs or hosts, the REST API can create the monitors in one script; the help centre has an example.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: 3 monitors with checks every 5 minutes, 1 status page and 7 days of history, without a payment card.
Where are the checks run from?
From one server in Helsinki, Finland. Response times are measured from there.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. A paid plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and your first payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
