Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FastPing L.L.C-FZ ("FastPing", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit https://fastping.app, create an account, use the FastPing service or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is FastPing L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence number 2655235.01 issued by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@fastping.app.

We do not use advertising trackers, sell personal data or build marketing profiles. We do not knowingly process special categories of personal data.
3. Why we use it and our legal bases
- To provide the Service: running checks, sending alerts, showing dashboards and status pages, managing your team and subscription (performance of a contract).
- To communicate with you: account verification, password resets, alerts, service and billing notices, answers to support requests (performance of a contract; legitimate interests).
- To keep the Service secure: preventing abuse of the free tools, fraud and unauthorised access, rate limiting and debugging (legitimate interests in protecting our users and systems).
- To meet legal obligations: accounting, tax, and responding to lawful requests from competent authorities (legal obligation).
- Product news: only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the following, and only as needed:
- Infrastructure provider: the data-centre company that hosts our server and stores the database on our behalf.
- Network and security provider: Cloudflare, Inc., which routes, caches and protects traffic to our website and processes visitors' IP addresses and request data for that purpose.
- Email delivery provider: the SMTP service we use to send account emails and alerts.
- Payment providers: payment processors and any authorised reseller or merchant of record that handles your order. They process your payment details under their own privacy policies.
- Integrations you choose: when you configure Discord, Slack, Telegram or a custom webhook, we send alert content to that service at your instruction.
- Professional advisers and authorities: lawyers, accountants and auditors under confidentiality, and competent authorities where required by law.
- Business transfers: a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to this Policy.
Our service providers act on our documented instructions and must protect personal data.
5. International transfers
FastPing is operated from the United Arab Emirates and our server may be located in a different country from yours. When personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection under the law that applies to you, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or contractual protections permitted under the PDPL. 6. How long we keep it
- Account and configuration data: while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days after you close it.
- Detailed check results: 7 days. Daily summaries and incidents: for the history period of your plan (7 days to 2 years).
- Support conversations: up to 2 years after the last message.
- Billing records: as long as required by applicable tax and commercial law, generally 5 to 7 years.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), salted password hashing (scrypt), hashed session and API tokens, access restrictions and network protections against server-side request forgery. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the competent authorities where required by law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its processing; receive it in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing); and not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you (we do not make such decisions).
You can export your data and delete your account yourself under Settings in the dashboard, or write to privacy@fastping.app. We answer within 30 days and may need to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in the UAE, the UAE Data Office; in the EU/UK, the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Monitoring data about third parties
If you configure Monitors or alert channels that involve other people's personal data (for example a colleague's email address), you are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide it to us.
11. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If changes are material, we will notify account holders by email before they take effect.
